  • If my inner critic was a friend, what advice would I give her?

The Inner Critic Conversation

Identify a fear you are currently holding. Write it down. Then, reply to that fear from the perspective of your wisest, most compassionate self. What would she say to reassure you?

Note: Honoring your own pace is the most important part of this practice. There are no right or wrong answers, only your truth.

If you were to let go of the pressure to be productive, what would your soul be asking for today?

In what ways have you been silencing your intuition recently, and how can you invite it back into your decision-making?

Closing Reflections

"Honor your own pace. The journey of self-discovery is not a race, but a rhythmic return to your true self."
